My name is Nadia Remfrey. 🌻
I began 'Remfrey Remedial' at the start of 2022, with a passion for remedial massage, and only a few hours each week. After nearly 13 years in the industry, I still love every day!
I am located in the beautiful suburb of woody point (just a few streets back from the beach), and i look forward to welcoming you to my little space of calm.

My goal is to combine the skill and expertise you would receive in a clinical remedial based treatment, with the luxury, extra care and attention to small details you would receive in a spa setting!
Your experience here starts with a relaxing space to wait before your treatment, surrounded by natural light and calming music. When you come through to your treatment room, I take extra care to listen to how you are feeling, what your body needs and come up with a perfect treatment plan for you, including home care if needed! You will be treated to hot towels throughout and at the end of your session, and will be given the option of a refreshing water, or an array of beautiful herbal teas.
With over 12 years experience in the industry, I incorporate my expertise into each session, and tailor each treatment to you. This time is for you!

I grew up in Perth, where I studied for my Dip Remedial Massage Therapy. I worked with some amazing people in Perth for just over a year, before I met the man that would become my wonderful husband, and moved to sunny QLD, which I now call home!
I put a huge importance on working holistically, so when you come to see me I like to look at the big picture! Not just a massage, but what you need in that moment. It may be searching for what is causing your pain, keeping on top of day to day tension we put on our bodies, or creating a space for you to simply breathe for a moment.
Every person I see is an individual, so I like to tailor each treatment for you!!
